1. About Phantom Scripts
Phantom Scripts is operated by the UK sole trader whose legal name, geographical business address and support email are shown in the business details on our home page.
2. The membership service
Phantom Scripts supplies digital membership access, configuration files, setup material, updates and access to relevant customer areas and Discord roles.
Compatibility may be affected by later changes to games, devices, firmware, consoles or third-party platforms.
3. Plans and recurring prices
- Phantom Access: $30 USD monthly or $100 USD yearly. Both billing options provide the same access.
The price and billing interval selected at checkout will renew automatically through Stripe until the subscription is cancelled.
4. Immediate digital access
During checkout you may request that digital membership access begins immediately. Once supply begins, you may lose the normal 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for that digital supply. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Accounts and Discord
You must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure and connect the correct Discord account. Access and roles must not be sold, shared or transferred.
Payments must be made by an adult account holder. Anyone under 18 should only use the service with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel an active subscription from the Phantom Scripts dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal and removes the paid website access and paid Discord role immediately.
Cancelling does not automatically provide a partial refund for unused time, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- share, resell or publicly distribute membership content;
- attempt to bypass account, payment or access controls;
- use the service unlawfully or to breach third-party rules;
- abuse staff, customers, Discord members or support systems;
- upload malicious files or interfere with the website.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for payment failure, fraudulent activity, serious misuse, chargeback abuse or a material breach of these terms.
9. Third-party services
Payments and connected services may depend on Stripe, Discord, Cloudflare, Resend and other third-party providers. Their own terms and availability may also apply.
10. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Digital content and services must be supplied with reasonable care, match their description and meet applicable consumer-law requirements.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service, prices or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required.

Use the support email shown in the business details on the home page. Please include the account email and relevant Stripe subscription or payment reference.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Consumers keep any mandatory rights provided by the law that applies where they live.
